In the heart of a preserved countryside,
the GOULAPIE site is located in the Livradois Forest nature
reserve, at an altitude of 700m
on a plot of 7000m² facing southwest.
Overlooking the small valley (which the site is named after),
there is a very beautiful panorama of the Auvergne mountains :
from the Puy de Sancy
to the Puy de Dôme.
The GOULAPIE site is made up of eight warm-coloured stone
houses, restored respecting the character of Livradois' rural
habitat and in perfect harmony with the rest of the town La
Five of these houses are gîtes :
HEREST (10 people)
JEPATAN (9 people)
MAJES (6 people)
LILOTTE (6 people)
MOQUINE (2 people).
The 3 gîtes HEREST, LILOTTE
and MOQUINE can communicate, offering then 18 to 22 beds.
The HEREST gite can accommodate thirty guests, for exemple
for a family celebration.
A 40 m ² room is available for use with JEPATAN,
2 marquees of 50 m² can be mounted on the site..
