The village of GOULAPIE gites is located in LA SAGNOLE, in the town of SAINT-QUENTIN SUR SAUXILLANGES, 3km from the town centre of SAUXILLANGES, which has the nearest shops and services, and 15km east of ISSOIRE, which is the sub-prefecture of PUY-DE-DOME.

In the heart of a preserved countryside, the GOULAPIE site is located in the Livradois Forest nature reserve, at an altitude of 700m, on a plot of 7000m². Overlooking the small valley which the site is named after, the GOULAPIE site boasts a beautiful panorama of the Auvergne mountains: from the Puy de Sancy to the Puy de Dôme.

The GOULAPIE site is made up of eight warm-coloured stone houses, restored in accordance with the character of Livradois’ rural habitat.

The site proposes six gites for rent:

JEPATAN (9 people)
MAJES (6 people)
NAOLE (12 people)

JEPATAN, MAJES and NAOLE are independent gites.

HEREST (10 people)
LILOTTE (6 people)
MOQUINE (2 people).

The 3 gites HEREST, LILOTTE and MOQUINE are adjoining and can communicate, allowing 18 to 22 beds.
The HEREST living room can accommodate up to twenty-two guests.

Together these six gites represent a total of:

24 bedrooms which can comfortably sleep 48 people,
6 kitchens,
6 living rooms,
3 lounges,
13 bathrooms.

Furthermore, the site proposes a communal space, JEPHOS, composed of a professional kitchen and a dining room which can seat up to 48 guests.
